These terms apply in full to sales made directly by World Joy Press. For platform sales they cover our own commitments (for example, product defects).
2. Before you order (distance contract information)
Each product page shows: a description of the product, its format (PDF, etc.) and system requirements, the price in Canadian dollars (CAD), any delivery or other charges, and the total. We will email you a copy of the contract (order confirmation) within 15 days of your purchase.
3. Price and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). World Joy Press is not registered for GST/QST (small supplier), so no sales taxes are added. If this changes, taxes will be shown separately before payment.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Delivery
- Digital products: a download link is shown and/or emailed right after payment. Links work for [TO CONFIRM e.g. 30 days / 5 downloads].
- POD merch: printed and shipped by our partner. Usual time is [TO CONFIRM] business days plus shipping. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
6. Licence for digital products

7. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund Policy. Under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel within 7 days of receiving the contract if we did not give you the required information or a copy of the contract. You may also cancel if we do not deliver within 30 days of the promised date (or the order date if no date was given). If we fail to refund you within 15 days of a valid cancellation, you can ask your card issuer for a chargeback.
8. Warranty
Nothing here limits your legal warranties under Quebec law (the product must work and be fit for its normal use). The Plumber's Study Guide is a study aid. It does not replace official codes, the RBQ/CMMTQ, or exam material. Independent study aid. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Red Seal Program, CCQ, RBQ or NRC. Buying the guide does not guarantee you will pass any exam. Always check the current code.
9. Governing law
The laws of Quebec and Canada apply. Quebec consumers keep all rights given by the Consumer Protection Act.
