Digital products (printables, Plumber's Study Guide)

• You cannot get a refund once a file has been downloaded, because a download cannot be returned. Exception: if a file is broken, corrupt, or not what was described, email us. We will send a working file or, if we can't, refund you in full.
• Not downloaded yet? Ask within 14 days for a full refund.
• Your legal rights (see Terms of Sale, sections 7 and 8) still apply.

Print-on-demand merch

Each item is printed when you order it, so we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. [TO CONFIRM] We will reprint or refund if the item: - arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or - is not the item or design you ordered.

Email hello@worldjoypress.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask. Bought on Etsy? You can also use Etsy's case system.

Books bought on Amazon

Amazon handles returns and refunds for books, under Amazon's own policy.

This policy covers purchases made directly on worldjoypress.com. Books bought on Amazon, and items bought on Etsy, follow that platform's return policy.

Books bought directly from us

Books that have been written in, coloured or used can't be returned. If your book arrives damaged in shipping or with a printing defect, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement or refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 15 days of approval (or of a valid cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act).
